In the Oberliga Baden-Württemberg, the SGV Freiberg and the Stuttgart master races provide a narrow master race. And even with the squad planning both clubs struggle from time to time on the same terrain. As the master races now announced, Flamur Berisha will not extend his contract in Freiberg and instead of summer the jersey of the former Bundesliga club.

Berisha justifies the change: “I decided for the master races because they have taken care of me and have given me a very good concept.” In Stuttgart, you can see the 22-year-old, who mainly attacks on the right, for a long time not mature: “He is a young player who still has great development potential – and still a starred upper league player is,” says sport director Marc Stein, who is sure is: “He is extremely young, ambitious and wants to make his way – he fits very well to us.”

Berisha’s career in numbers expressed so far seven goals in 48 Oberliga games, first for the FC 08 Villingen, since summer 2020 for the current leader from Freiberg.
