Today, 343 Studios shared a trailer of next season 2 of Halo Infinite, entitled Lone Wolves. Showing a series of new cosmetics, a renovated and more battle pass, players will be happy to see more content in multiplayer mode that was a bit scarce in recent months. All game modes in Halo Infinite Season 2 Multiplayer

There are three new game modes that will arrive at the infinite Halo multiplayer once Lone Wolves begins. These are the following:

• Last Spartan position
• Land appropriation
• King of the hill

Last Spartan Standing is a mode of elimination of all against all, which means that once you are killed, you are out of the game forever. It is not clear if players will have only one life or several before being deleted definitively, but general mechanics remain the same.

Currently, 343 Studios has not shared any information about what the Land REC mode will imply, however, the name suggests some type of capture point, game-based game mode. Exactly how it will be different from the tastes of Strongholds and the said King of the Hill mode that will be launched next to it, it is still to be seen.

Finally, we have the king of the hill. This mode is about being the only player in a marked section of the map. The more time you are there alone and defend it from other players, more points you will win. In the publication of the blog that announced these new modes, 343 mentioned that it would be a “favorite mode of all time updated”, so wait for some potential adjustments to refresh a little classical mode.

These three modes will be available from the beginning of the Lone Wolves season when it begins on May 3, 2022.
